Parking
Parking in Epping Forest is very limited, and with the number of participants expected, we strongly recommend using public transport where possible.
If you do plan to drive, please allow extra time to find parking.

- Sustainable Materials: Our gantry and event set-up uses recycled, biodegradable, and eco-friendly materials, reducing waste.
- Energy Efficiency: We use electronic power sources to minimize energy consumption and lower our carbon footprint.
- Waste Reduction: We do not offer plastic cups at water stations. Please remember to bring your own cup or bottle on race day or alternatively, you can purchase your eco-friendly Wildwood Trail Series reusable cup. Water bowls will be available for those running with dogs.
- Eco-Friendly Transport: We encourage carpooling, public transport, and cycling.
- Wildlife Protection: We’ve taken steps to ensure that no wildlife habitats are disturbed, aligning our event with ongoing conservation efforts.

Can I run with a buggy?
Unfortunately you cannot take part in the Wildwood Trail Series with a push-buggy.
Can I run with my dog?
Yes, although there are limited canicross places available. If you would like to run with your dog, you should choose the canicross option when entering.

Do I need to register at 7:30AM?
Registration will be open from 7:30am until the race starts.
You can arrive anytime from 7:30am until your race starts to collect your race pack. For example, if you’re in the 10K starting at 09:30am, you can arrive to register at 8.30am.
How old do I need to be to take part?
Participants must be aged 17 + for the Half Marathon. There is no age limit for the 10K however, participants aged 14 or younger must run with an adult.
I can't take part. What are my options?
If you can no longer attend the race, you will be able to transfer the entry to another runner. The transfer window will be open until 4 PM on Friday 24th October. After this time, no more transfers can be made.
