Participants under 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and those running with dogs will begin approximately 2 minutes before the main race wave.

Race packs will need to be collected on the day from the registration tent at the venue. Registration will be open from 17:30.
Deferrals outside of 30 days will not be accepted, although you are able to transfer your entry to another runner before Thursday 25th June 13:00.
The race will start at 18:30 and has a cut-off of 2 hours (20:30).
About a week before the event an Athlete Guide will be emailed to you with all the event info you will need. It will also contain a written race briefing.
Any last-minute briefings will be given to you on the day.
