The Mk Autumn run weekend 2022


A family friendly 5k for all to enjoy and the best part? 25% of your entry fee will go straight to Willen Hospice!

The more the merrier for this race, run with your friends, your dogs, your buggies!

This 5k will have a cut off time of 1hr 30 mins and is a 1 lap course.

A scenic 1-lap course around Milton Keynes, the highlight of which is the ancient church of Stanton Low.

The half marathon is UKA affiliated with aid stations at approx. every 3 miles. The race has a 6 hour cut off (15:00 finish).

MK10 - SATURDAY 1ST 14:30

A cash prize for the top 3 male and female runners is up for grabs in this race, so you better lace up those running shoes!

The MK10K is UKA affiliated meaning anyone is open to take part, but following UKA rules, there can be no dogs, pram/buggies or children below 15 years of age.

The 10K is a two-lap course. There is also a timed hill climb to make the race a little more interesting.

The #NotLondon Marathon will be UKA affiliated and a 2-lap course.

The race has a cut off time of 15:00 (7 hours).

There will be aid stations at approx. every 3 miles for you to refuel.

COVID-19 Measures

Race packs will be posted out prior to the event, however we will have a registration tent at the venue where you can collect a new race pack should yours not arrive before the day.

We ask that athletes wear the appropriate face coverings when collecting their race packs from registration and respect social distance guidelines when around the venue.

If you begin to feel unwell leading up to the event please get in touch at so we can discuss entry your options with you.

Travel and volunteering

Travelling by car:

There is ample parking near the event venue at Campbell Park.

The centre:mk multi storey car park situated by John Lewis is open 6am – Midnight daily.

From here it is less than a 10 minute walk to the event venue.

Travelling by train:

Trains run regularly from London Euston to Milton Keynes Central (approx 45 mins journey time). From Milton Keynes Rail Station, any bus service from stops Y1 to Y6 can be used to travel to centre:mk, which if dropped off near the Xscape, should be less than a 10 minute walk to the event venue. Services between the rail station and centre:mk run every few minutes, and the journey time is approximately 5 minutes.

Volunteer for one of the events on Saturday and run the other for free! For example, if you volunteer for the Run for Willen 5K, you can run the MK10K at 14:30 for free and visa versa.
