Cowman Triathlon & Aquabike 2023

We are delighted to be back on the Sunday 6th August 2023 for the Cowman, Calfman and Stampede Triathlon and Aquabike events at the stunning venue of Emberton Country Park.
The Cowman is a middle distance triathlon. The Calfman is half of a middle distance and the Stampede (introduced in 2018) is a sprint distance.
The swim takes place in the lake adjacent to the sailing club, with the bike course heading out around the local area and the run course circulating the lake featuring both on-and off-road sections.
