Our event crew are a vital part of our events team and take on many important tasks, from helping with registration, bag drop, marshalling, handing out medals, managing water stations to managing our routes. We make sure all our crew are fully briefed on their roles and responsibilities.

We are always looking to expand our team, so if you are enthusiastic, friendly and reliable we would love you to help us deliver our laid-back, fun, yet top-notch events.

Volunteering or working with us is completely flexible, you decide if you help on one event a year or every single one!

Helping out at events gets under the skin – just ask any member of staff where we started out in the events world. We love it and we bet you will too! We guarantee you will get a huge sense of pride and achievement out of being involved in one of our events, together we help people achieve their sporting goals be it a super speedy PB or to just make the distance. People use our events to raise money for charity, to keep fit, make friends or as the first step to a physically active life – you can be part of the team that makes this happen!

Our Crew also receive event crew kit throughout the season as well as some other bits of stash.

How can I get involved?

We have 2 options for our crew, one is to work with us in a paid capacity (this usually involves the early shifts and route management roles), the other is to volunteers for us.

Do I need to be a runner or triathlete to get involved?

Absolutely not! All our roles can be carried out without experience – we will give you any training you require. Basically, if you are friendly, enthusiastic and willing to get involved then we would love to have you on our crew!
